Matthew Moran is a business & executive coach, IT consultant, author, and keynote and workshop presenter.

A former CIO, he coaches consultants, IT executives (CIO's, CTO's, etc.), IT departments and entrepreneurs on proactive strategies, communication & presentations, leadership, efficiency, and teambuilding. He teaches business value proposition through a mindset and methodology known as, "Concept over Process," helping individuals and organizations better understand, articulate, and achieve business value through their work.

His company, Pulse Infomatics, Inc., is a full-service IT consultancy with a focus on executive reporting (business intelligence and analytics) and document assembly. Infrastructure is the necessary framework and vehicle for delivering those high-value services.
