CompTIA has recently updated their A+ exam, and there are a number of important additions and changes in the new 220-801 and 220-802 exams. These changes include the inclusion of mobile devices, updates to keep pace with newer hardware and software, an expansion of the operating procedures section, and a greater emphasis on troubleshooting. Pearson IT Certification’s Tim Warner talks to author David Prowse about these changes and additions, and some keys to preparing for the new exams.
